Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Urbana, IL. The role requires evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in hospital or clinic settings.

You will work 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, starting 10/26/2026. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
