Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ukiah, CA. This role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and a start date of 10/26/2026, with competitive travel benefits and a supportive clinical team.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent, have a valid PT license, and be eligible for BLS certification. Therapists with travel experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history and examinations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
