Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Deer Lodge, MT. The 36-hour work week consists of 12-hour day shifts. Start date is 10/12/2026, with opportunities to impact patient mobility and quality of life.

The role requires an active PT license, BLS, and strong clinical skills. You’ll work across hospitals and clinics, following evidence-based plans and collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise and prevention strategies.
• Maintain infection control and safety during therapy sessions.
