Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess rehabilitation needs per physician orders.
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with measurable goals.
• Document patient status and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve rehab goals.
