Responsibilities

• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards in therapy sessions.
• Support discharge planning and transitions.
