Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Tacoma, Washington. The role offers opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical setting with a team of healthcare professionals and flexible travel experiences.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life, using evidence-based plans and collaborative care. Licensure and BLS are required; Doctorate in PT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• New grads welcome to apply (preferred)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
