Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Plantation, Florida. The role offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• New grads are welcome to apply, but Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
