Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fresno, California. This role is a contract position with a 13-week duration, requiring 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift.

The ideal candidate is a PT with an accredited degree, current CA license or in progress, and CPR certification. The SNF/LTC setting will leverage your clinical skills and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan/evaluate/modify care to meet goals of PT interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements include:
