Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Houma, LA. The role involves delivering skilled PT services in SNF/LTC settings, with a 40-hour week, dayshift, for 13 weeks.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current state PT licensure (or in process), and CPR certification. The therapist will develop care plans and collaborate with the care team to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care.

Responsibilities
