Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mitchell, South Dakota. This role requires a valid Physical Therapist license and active state credentials to start the assignment.

You’ll provide patient care in a SNF setting, work full-time hours (40/week), and enjoy the travel-friendly benefits package designed for temporary clinicians. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Provide care in travel assignments at SNF facilities.
