Active PT license and degree required; BLS may be required. The position includes comprehensive benefits and housing options for travelers, with relocation

Qualifications

• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.
• Licensed PT degree from accredited program per APTA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled PT services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to plan and adjust therapy plans.
