Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a SNF assignment in Northlake, Illinois. This 13-week travel role requires 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, starting 10/05/2026.

Applicants must hold a PT degree (ACCEPTED levels) and an active state license; BLS may be required. Comprehensive benefits, housing, and relocation support are provided for travelers.

Qualifications

• Must have a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice in Illinois.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA/ARC.
