American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a Home Health and SNF-based role, supervising PTAs across multiple sites. The position includes travel to Auburn and Syracuse with a 40-hour work week and day shifts.

Responsibilities include delivering PT services in SNF and Home Health settings, supervising two PTAs, and using Net Health and HCHB for documentation. New grads welcome; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy.
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC).
• License required if applicable.
• New graduates welcome.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Care settings include SNF and Home Health, split approximately 50/50.
• Supervises 2 PTAs and operates as onsite Therapy Supervisor when needed.
• Uses Net Health for SNF documentation and HCHB for Home Health documentation.
• Provide PT services across SNF and Home Health settings.
• Travel to Auburn and Syracuse locations based on PTO and census.
• Day shifts, 8 hours, 40 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday.
• No call or call-back requirements.
