Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in short term rehabilitation and long term care
• Experience with NetHealth and PCC
• Ability to meet 85% productivity expectation

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to SNF residents.
• Support patient recovery and manage chronic conditions in a travel assignment.
