Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Salinas, CA. Start date 02/22/2027; 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, travel employment type. You will evaluate and treat patients with movement impairments, design rehab plans, and work with a clinical team to deliver high‑quality care.

The role requires a California PT license and BLS; Doctorate in PT is preferred. Travel perks and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in California
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff for coordinated care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain a safe environment respecting infection control standards
