Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Salinas, California. The role requires a PT license, CPR certification, and the ability to develop care plans and provide hands-on PT services.

The assignment is 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, in a SNF/LTC setting. Start ASAP with travel considerations and housing accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assess and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
