Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignments in Rockwall, TX. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with a travel-friendly environment and comprehensive benefits.

The therapist will evaluate and treat patients across hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings, following evidence-based practices to improve mobility and reduce pain. Licensure and BLS are required; doctoral degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
