Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Hazle Township, PA. The position offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts and requires a current PT license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Physical Therapy experience welcomed for New Grads; other certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Apply therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
