Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Physical Therapist for travel assignments across multiple sites. You will provide PT services to adults and geriatrics, evaluating and treating mobility, balance, and functional independence while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

This role offers clinical autonomy and exposure to new locations. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist or eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and deliver PT treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans aiming for long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes across assignments.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized physical therapy treatments that help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions designed to support recovery, increased endurance, and enhance overall quality of life in older adults
• Help patients restore functional mobility and safely perform daily activities with greater confidence and independence
• Quickly integrate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to drive meaningful patient outcomes throughout your assignment
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals
