Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing rehab goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adults and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to ensure strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice
