About The Position

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Sedona, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who is passionate about improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life through personalized and evidence-based care.

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient setting, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Your clinical expertise and dedication to patient-centered care will play a vital role in helping individuals regain independence and reach their rehabilitation goals.

Position Details

• Position Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
• Location: Sedona, AZ
• Start Date: 06/30/2025
• Shift Schedule: Days 5X8-Hour (8 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
