About The Position

ID: 53438804 Shift: Day 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Description: Bill Rate - $65.164-8 hours a week - ongoing - 1 day a week (flexible timing) Evaluates claimants/clients by administering tests & measurements (e.g., range of motion, gait & functional analysis, neurological) to determine individual rehabilitation program needs, provides or oversees on-going assessment of claimant's/client's rehabilitation, prepares, transmits & maintains measurement & assessment records & reports tests, assessments & measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested. Participates in writing & presentation of individual claimant/client treatment plans to include formulating goals & planning appropriate physical therapy treatment, plans periodic reassessment of claimant/client progress & revises plan as necessary. Participates in on-going continuing education & in-service training, in research projects & program development & in training of pre-clinical & clinical physical therapy students & physical therapy assistant students & licensed physical therapy assistants & therapy aides. Guaranteed Hours: Contract
