Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Providence, RI, starting 10/05/2026. You will work 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift in a travel role designed to deliver patient care across hospital and clinic settings.

The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized rehab plans, collaborating with care teams, and educating patients on home exercise programs to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• New grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
