Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Salem, Virginia. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, in a 10-hour day shift, travel modality. This role requires a PT license, a Doctorate or equivalent, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
