Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Oregon. The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE, plus current licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document conditions, and educate patients/families.
• Develop and implement a care plan; provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
