Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Reno, Nevada. The role involves assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering skilled physical therapy services under physician orders.

The assignment runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and shifts that are days with some flexibility. Requirements include a PT Doctorate or a PT Bachelor's with NPTE, licensure in good standing, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients for rehabilitation needs and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient and provides skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals.
