Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct care.
• Establish a treatment program with goals based on capacity and tolerance.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in therapy.
• Develop care plans and collaborate with all disciplines to meet goals.
