Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Nashville, Georgia. The role includes 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and providing direct PT services to patients under physician direction.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE, has graduated from an accredited program, and has current state licensure (or in process). CPR certification is required and benefits include housing options and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment plans with goals per patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document conditions, and educate patients and families.
• Develops plan of care and provides skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborates with disciplines to evaluate and achieve patient goals.
