Job summary
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Sherwood, Oregon. This position offers 40 hours per week in days, with a 26-week duration and 8-hour shifts. A travel assignment with housing options is provided.
The PT will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team under physician direction. Requirements include DPT or BPT with NPTE, accredited education, current licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of
Qualifications
- Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
- Graduate from an accredited school.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current state PT license or in licensure process; CPR certified.
Responsibilities
- Assess referred patients and provide direct physical therapy.
- Establish a treatment program with goals based on capacity and tolerance.
- Document patient conditions and educate patients and families.
- Develop plans of care and collaborate with the care team.
