Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Medford, Oregon. The role involves assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering skilled therapy services across a 13-week duration with 40 hours per week.

Requirements include a Doctorate or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE, graduation from an accredited school, minimum one year of experience, and current PT licensure with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity and physician direction.
• Document patient conditions and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develop and execute a plan of care for each PT patient.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to meet therapy goals.
