Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).

• Responsibilities: Implement clinical interventions, evaluate patient progress, develop individualized treatment plans, administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, wound care, and support device use. Collaborate with healthcare team, provide patient education, ensure regulatory compliance, document clinical activities, participate in care conferences, supervise support staff and students.
• Qualifications: Valid Missouri State License, at least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, LTC or Rehabilitation experience, and relevant certifications. New graduates with Level II experience considered. Float rotation may be required.
