Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Park Ridge, IL. Start date is 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks at 35 hours per week, with a day shift. Must have BLS and state PT licensure; 1 year of PT experience preferred, 6 months may be considered.

The PT will assess patients, develop and execute care plans, and coordinate with the team in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include supervising PTAs, completing timely documentation, and adhering to state board guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates.
• BLS and state-specific PT licensing are required.
• Ability to stand, walk long periods and perform required physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for diverse patient populations.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff; document per guidelines.
• Bill within the setting; use center systems and follow insurance rules.
