Grace Federal Solutions in South Carolina Sumter is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient travel assignment starting 08/17/2026. The role focuses on guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatments to support recovery in a clinical setting.

Requirements include 1 year of outpatient experience, active PT licensure, BLS, Dry Needling and Manual Therapy certifications, and Flu vaccination with no exemptions.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience required.
• Flu vaccine required – No exemptions.
• 1st time travelers accepted.
• EPIC Charting System preferred.
• Outpatient experience required.
• Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
• Lifting and transfer skillset required.
• Certifications Required: BLS, Dry Needling, Manual Therapy
• State PT Licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission.

Responsabilités

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises in an outpatient setting.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments to support recovery.
• Document assessments, goals, plans of care, and reassessments.
• Assist with transfers and patient education.
