Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lilburn, Georgia. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week with a standard 8-hour shift, Mon–Thu and Fri partial day.

You will work in outpatient ortho settings, providing comprehensive therapy services and coordinating with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (APTA approved).
• Active state license to start assignment.
• 1+ year experience; outpatient ortho preferred.
• BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment.
• Document patient progress and update care plans per protocol.

• Outpatient ORTHO experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours total
