Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience.
• BLS certification required.

• Experience with orthopedic, spinal, and neurologic patient populations preferred.
• Familiarity with home exercise program development and patient/family education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician referral or direct access.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and PT technicians in carrying out plans of care.
• Perform occupational health services including injured worker evaluations and Return to Work planning.
• Conduct Work Hardening Evaluations, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and ergonomic or job analysis assessments.
• Communicate regularly with referring physicians and rehab nurses regarding patient progress.
• Utilize appropriate billing codes for payer types and assist with scheduling and referrals as needed.
• Support marketing and community outreach efforts for the clinic; open to first-time travelers.
