• Completion of a recent assignment with the organization is a plus

Additional Information

Responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations and developing treatment goals focused on progress toward discharge within an established length of stay. Documentation must be clear, accurate, and timely, adhering to all applicable guidelines. Participation in student programs and ongoing professional development is expected. The role emphasizes patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling and infection control standards. Compliance with state practice acts and licensure requirements is mandatory.
