• Develop competency in modalities, exercise equipment, and specialized testing such as WorkSTEPS, APET, Work Hardening Evaluations, and Functional Capacity Evaluations.
• Perform ergonomic evaluations and job analyses as needed.
• Communicate regularly with rehab nurses and referring physicians regarding patient progress.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and understanding billing codes for various payer types.
• Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts as patient load allows.
• Open to first-time travelers.
