• Conducts comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of physical and cognitive abilities for patients of varying ages and diagnoses
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with patients and families

• May assist with supervision and coordination of PT and PTA student programs and volunteers

• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Returning employees who previously worked at any CHRISTUS facility must have a 6-month separation period before starting a new travel assignment
