Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Conifer, Colorado. The Outpatient PT will evaluate, plan and implement therapy, documenting progress and ensuring care aligns with physician orders and patient goals.

Ideal candidates will have a PT degree, 6 months to 1+ year outpatient experience, and active licensure with CPR certification. Travel, housing allowance, and other benefits are provided by ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification and state license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Develop, implement and modify treatment plans to progress toward discharge.
• Document care clearly and timely per clinic policies.
• Provide care under physician orders and insurance approvals.
• Mentor students and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Engage in professional development with clinical management.
• Comply with State Practice Act and maintain licensure.
• Participate in the organization's performance improvement activities.
