The role focuses on outpatient clinic settings with 40 hours per week in standard 9:00–18:00 shifts, and implies a travel-friendly schedule within the local region. Candidates must hold an active PT license, meet experience requirements, have a valid driver's license, and be able to provide references, with full SSN preferred for enrollment.

Qualifications

• Must meet required experience for the position.
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in EMR experience and employment history.
• Driver's license required for consideration.
• Date of birth required for consideration.
• Social Security number required for consideration (full SSN preferred, last 4 digits acceptable).
• At least 1 professional reference required at time of consideration.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient physical therapy setting at an outpatient clinic.
• 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, scheduled 09:00-18:00.
• Must be open to work any day of the week; self-scheduling is not available.
• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
• Local candidates may be considered depending on market.
• RTO should be kept to less than 7 days.
• Returning Tenet employees or travelers must disclose prior employment history with Tenet facilities.
