Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic rehab setting requiring prior outpatient experience. The role involves a 13-week assignment with 8-hour day shifts, a guaranteed 36 hours per week with potential to reach 40 hours, and overtime only with director approval.

Candidates should have outpatient orthopedic experience, be licensed if applicable, and not accept new graduates or PTAs.

Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is required or preferred.
• Must have an active PT licensure if applicable.
• No prior acceptance of PTAs (prefer PTs).
• No new graduates accepted.

Responsibilities

• 13-week assignment with 8-hour day shifts.
• 36 hours guaranteed per week; may work up to 40 hours.
• Overtime requires director approval before OT hours are worked.
• Productivity target of 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day.
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
• Travel to float to other clinic locations within the system.
