American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient/Inpatient position at a critical access hospital in rural Montana. Open to new grads and first-time travelers with 1+ years of experience.

The role includes 3 outpatient clinics plus inpatient coverage with 4x10 or 5x8 shift options, 34–40 weekly hours, and day shifts 8:00 AM–6:30 PM. Benefits include housing allowance, travel reimbursements, and more. Local candidates encouraged.

• Collaborate with providers and care teams across acute, outpatient, and long-term care settings.
• Shift options include 4x10 hour or 5x8 hour shifts, with 34–40 weekly hours depending on census/caseload.
• Day shift hours 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM; weekend rotation every 3rd weekend.
• No on-call requirements and no floating to sister facilities.
• Epic charting system preferred.
• Enhance patient independence and support throughout rehab plan.

• Critical access hospital setting with outpatient, inpatient, and home visit swing bed program in a rural community
• 3 outpatient PT clinics plus inpatient coverage; staff shift and cover across areas based on staffing needs
• Shift options include 4x10 hour or 5x8 hour shifts, with weekly hours ranging from 34-40 depending on census or caseload
• Day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekend rotation required every 3rd weekend
• No on-call requirements
• No floating to sister facilities
• Epic charting system preferred
• Main responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support patient independence
• Collaborative work with providers and care teams across acute, outpatient, and long-term care settings
