• Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, develop tailored treatment plans, ensure safety and adherence to organizational standards, perform clear and compliant medical documentation, and participate in patient discharge planning.
• Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, at least 1 year of outpatient experience, CPR certification, and valid licensure. Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations, utilize clinical reasoning, and document effectively within regulatory guidelines.
• Additional duties: Provide patient education, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support student training programs. Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education.
