Qualifications

Role:

Travel Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, responsible for evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to promote functional recovery and community reintegration.

• Key Duties: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, document goals and assessments, ensure care aligns with physician orders and insurance protocols, and participate in patient and team education.
• Professional Responsibilities: Maintain licensure and certifications, adhere to state practice acts, pursue ongoing professional development, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, 1+ year outpatient experience, CPR certification, strong documentation skills, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.

Key Details:

8-hour days, 40 hours/week, travel employment, providing high-quality patient care in outpatient settings.
