Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in an outpatient setting with occasional inpatient or emergency consultations. You will evaluate and treat adult and school-aged patients while supporting a team of licensed PTs and Assistants, using EMR and adapting to optional inpatient coverage.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Maine state licensure, BLS, and at least 1 year outpatient experience with US work
Outpatient Physical Therapist providing therapy services in an outpatient setting with occasional inpatient or emergency consultations.
Conduct evaluations and treatments for adult and school-aged patients with post-surgical, neurological, orthopedic, or work-related injuries. Support a team of licensed Physical Therapists and Assistants, utilizing electronic medical records and adjusting to occasional inpatient coverage.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Maine State Licensure, BLS certification, at least 1 year of outpatient experience, and U.S. work authorization. Preferred skills include manual therapy, patient education, and adaptive equipment training.
Strong clinical knowledge, ability to work within a team, familiarity with electronic medical records, and flexibility to support inpatient needs.
Provide outpatient therapy, support patient education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Maintain documentation and deliver patient-centered care in a flexible, outpatient-focused environment.
