Evaluate patients, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, document clinical activities, collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy services, participate in training, and ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active license in Maine, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and preferred bilingual skills. Experience in outpatient settings is advantageous.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, create effective treatment strategies, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to professional and safety standards.
