Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient skilled physical therapy services.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday, 8-hour/day schedule with no weekend work.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 patients per day.
• Conduct 45-minute evaluations and 30 minutes for documentation per patient.
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient records and billing.
• Possiblefloat of up to 25 miles between facilities as needed.
• Provide coverage to support the primary team during staffing gaps.
• Complete same-day documentation and billing for services.
• Finish discharge documentation within 24 hours of discharge or notification.
• Collaborate with the outpatient rehab team for continuity of care.
• Plan around July 4th; RTO should be minimal (3–4 days acceptable for 13 weeks).
• Note if candidates have worked at any MaineHealth facility in the past 12 months.
• Local candidates considered; local travelers may not be eligible for renewal or extension.

• Treatment model includes 45-minute evaluations and treatment sessions with 30 minutes of built-in documentation time
• Uses Epic EMR
• May be required to float up to 25 miles between facilities as needed
• Provides outpatient coverage to support the primary team during a staffing gap
• Complete same-day documentation and billing for services provided
• Complete discharge documentation within 24 hours of discharge or notification of discharge
• Collaborate with the outpatient rehabilitation team to ensure continuity of patient care
• Vacation requests during the week of July 4th cannot be approved
