American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join an orthopedic and balance-focused clinic in Clinton, NC. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of outpatient PT experience and a valid PT license. PTA licenses accepted where applicable; new grads are not eligible.

The clinic operates with a team of 2 PTs and 2 PTAs, handling a caseload of about 50 visits weekly and ~10 evaluations per week, each a 1-hour session. AI-powered documentation support is available.

• Experience treating orthopedic and balance-related conditions required

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic staffed by 2 PTs and 2 PTAs
• General orthopedic and balance-focused patient population including adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Caseload of approximately 50 visits per week
• Approximately 10 evaluations per week, each 1-hour 1:1 sessions
• Treats conditions including total joint replacement, rotator cuff repair, disc herniation, ACL tear, and various musculoskeletal and post-operative cases
• Uses NextGen for documentation
• Schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM and Tuesday, Thursday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 5x8 schedule preferred; 4x10 schedule may be considered
• No floating required
• No call requirements
• Supported by 2 patient experience coordinators
• Clinicians supported by AI-powered documentation scribe technology for real-time, compliant clinical notes
• Temp-to-perm opportunity available
• Business casual dress code required, including slacks, professional shirt, and closed-toe shoes
