Role & Responsibilities:

This position is for an Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing treatment plans, and providing goal-oriented interventions to improve patient function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Key duties include conducting assessments, creating individualized care plans, delivering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, designing home exercise programs, and documenting care accurately in the EMR. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive, safe care and effective discharge planning. Caseload involves adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological issues, and balance disorders. Typical schedule includes evaluations, treatments, team meetings, and participation in quality initiatives, with flexible daytime hours and shared weekend/holiday coverage to maintain work-life balance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license, CPR certification, and have experience in outpatient settings. Preferred candidates have prior travel experience. Key skills include excellent communication, assessment, manual therapy, and documentation abilities.
