Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, PC skills, and ability to operate therapy equipment.
• Physical ability to assist with patient mobility and handle equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to irregular schedules, and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans using exercise, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.
• Assess patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
• Maintain a safe and compliant treatment environment following infection control and safety standards.
• Participate in professional development and quality assurance activities.
• Assist in discharge planning to support seamless patient transitions.
